At TestonGo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund under the conditions described below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the subscribed content or taken more than 2 mock tests.
  • Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The subscription has been significantly used (more than 20% of content accessed).
  • The account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at supporttestongo@gmail.com with your registered email address, order ID, and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless it falls within the refund window above.
